Unable to login into Netbackup master server through Java Console, showing "Checking NBAC settings".

Hi,

I am not able to login into netbackup master server through GUI (Netbackup Java Console) though it's happening with putty.

Few days backup we were able to do this, but now while trying to login through Java console it's showing only "Checking NBAC setting" & nothing is coming after that.

Master server netbackup verion is 6.5.4 & OS= Linux & accessing GUI from a Windows 2008 server remotely, from this server other master server's GUI is accessible.

So, can anyone help me out of this issue.

Can you try installing Java GUI from a WIndows XP and see if it works?

Windows 2008, I doubt it works with your old Netbackup 6.5.4, you need at least 6.5.6 for Windows 2008 if I remember correctly. Anyway, 6.5.x is already end-of-support , please patch to 7.x if possible.

I have linux server were i had installed netbackup master server also intsall netbackup java console on windows 2008 server, when i am trying to conect through NBU java to master server it is not conneting

can any one tell me any configuration or any seting required on NBU master server or windows server where installed java console?
