Hi Team,
We are unable to ping IBM TS4500 Physical Tape library. Please help to suggest to resolve.

Task performed by FE :-
There is a small computer in the 3584 library that was frozen, I rebooted it and there were some corrupt files. I had to run FSCK to repair the files and rebooted the computer inside.
Still we are unable to ping
