Unable to recevie Pre and Post ejection notificaiton from netbackup vault

Unable to receive Pre and Post ejection notification mails from netbackup vault.

You have not shared any information about your environment or about Vault config? Have you ensured that email client is working on the master? NBU does not have a built-in email client. On Windows master, you need something like blat as email client.

On Windows master, you need something like blat as email client. we have blat on master server

we are receiving all the mails from vault (Picking List for Vault,Non-vaulted Images,Summary Distribution List for Vault) except Post & Pre Eject Notification Mails.

NBU 7.5.0.4 master server is windows 2008R2 Enterprise

did you setup the vault management Mail id when you configure the Vault profile..

pleaes check in the Vault configuration 

right click on the Vault robit and see if you set the vault management mail ID. if not set it and try once again.

could you show me the screenshot of the Vault management 

right click on Vault management in Gui-->select "Vault Management Properiteis> it will give you the options for session status notification and  eject notification.

Okay, pleaes attach the detail.log for the successfull Vault session which did not give you the eject notifications.

you can find the detail log  fine in path  install path/veritas/netbackup/vault/sessions/<SID>

Please show us a screenshot of the Reports tab of your Vault Profile(s) to show which reports have been selected and other options such as when they should be generated,  etc...

As well as the session log  that Nagalla requested.

Please copy to .txt file and upload as File attachment.
