Unable to start "Netbackup Web Management Console" service

Hello,

Whenever i try to start the nbwmc service it is giving me error" unable to start the service check system logs". attached is the output of nbwmc logs:

All the depenant serives of nbwmc are also running.

any help in this regard is appreciated.

The (previously undocumented) reset process in the this note should fix up most issues with the Web Services. Make sure the account you're using for nbwebsvc' password is working and the account is not locked out.
