Unknown error while adding new MSDP server

We are getting an error while adding new MSDP server to the Netbackup domain , please help me to resolve this issue.

Have you installed the enterprise disk license on that media server?

There was a simple mistake which leads to this issue , we resolved this issue by adding this media server in the master server host properties . After that its started communitcaing and issue got resolved ...
