Upgrading from Netbackup 6.5.5 32bit Windows to Netbackup 7.0 64 Bit

I don't see any documentation on how to perform this upgrade.  Can any provide any insight into this or provide
a link???

Platform refresh needs to be from same NBU version to same NBU version so, in this case:

6.5.5 32 bit -> 6.5.5 64 bit -> 7.0 using the instructions below:
