VC Plugin

Hello,

I am trying to install NB Vcenter Plugin on my vcenter.

But the plugin does not appear. (Yes, the NBVCplugin server is runing, accessible and got a resolvable DNS name)

I use NBU vCenter plugin 7.6.0.2

My vCenter is in 5.5.

Any Idea ?

Especially this part:

Enabling the plug-in requires explicit permissions from both the vCenter and NetBackup servers.

I add explicitely the user (used in nbvcplugin) to the administratror group of the vcenter.

Nothing changed. :(

Add some issues with the plugin, albeit under the 7.6 Betas

But one of the issues had to with reverse lookup on the nbvcplugin server of the vcenter server

Be aware that the plugin does not handle aliases well, or at least it did not under the betas

I had to close down all VI process on my laptop to get this plugin to load into the VI client
