VCenter Backup/Restore Option

Hi,

Is there any option to Backup/Restore the whole vCenter Server using Netbackup 7.5?

If you have backed up the vCenter VM then you should be able to restore the VM.  You'll need to have placed an ESX hosts in credentials (and probably remove vcenter) sections as you'll be wanting to target the ESX not a vcenter (as its down).

Do you mean that you want to backup/restore the whole vCenter Server itself?

if vCenter server is located in ESX server, as Riaan suggested.

BMR can be used to protect whole OS for vCenter server.
