VM Backup Failure with error 130

Hello All, 

I'm facing this issue since past few days where all VM Backups are failing with error code 130 below is the error log:

We are running NB 7.6.0.1 Linux, vCenter V5.5 - any help would be greatly appericiated.

Hi, 

After deleting old snapshot files from /usr/openv/netbackup/online_util/fi_cntl I ran full backups and last night Incr backups and all were successfull.

Hello,

You would need to look into VXMS logs to troubleshoot it. You may already know it but you need to follow steps to create vxms logs

1. Confirm the existance of vxms log directory under /usr/openv/netbackup/logs, if not available please create one.

2. Set VERBOSE = 7 in /usr/openv/netbackup/bp.conf

3. Delete any old snapshot files from /usr/openv/netbackup/online_util/fi_cntl

After this, attempt a backup and share us the vxms logs.

Additionally, consider to upgrade vmware backup host to 7.6.0.4.
