VM backups failed with sc 6

Hi 

My VM backup for a particular client failing with SC 6/23 through SAN.

Master server : win2008, Nbu 7.6.0.2 and vm backup host is Appliance 5230.

The same VM getting backed up via nbd but failing on san.

The other vms located on the same datastore getting backed up successfully with same backup host

Chcked the bpfis loga but could not find any clue.

Below the error

Please enable the vxms logging and troubleshoot further.

Check VxMS logs.

Check if this log is enabled on Appliance - /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/vxms.

along with the VxMS

let us know about the VM also.. what is the hardware version of VM? and want is the VCenter version?

I have collected the vxmx logs. Attached herewith

The Vcenter version is 4.1

Thank You so much, this has fixed the issue. Now backups are running fine.
