In 220.127.116.11 Netbackup environment ( we have 3 different environment of Netbackup), most of the backups are failing with error 156

It can happen if the the netbackup online_util directory is not excluded from the anti virus scan, at least on windows
Also have had to clean out the online_util sub directories by hand after problems with the snapshots
What happens i f you try to create a snapshot with queisce file system from vsphere on the failing VMs ?
Is there any events in the vsphere and system logs on the VMs ?
