25/02/2015 07:43:57 - Critical bpbrm(pid=11528) from client Client_name: FTL - snapshot delete returned status 1

as per TN:  http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH214208

I checked Roles of Vspehere account used for VM backups, it already has this permission "Register".

Still issue is there..

Any suggestions ?

Have you also gone through this one?

You will also find a link to VMware recommendations.

does it create any issue permissions of unregister & update under EXTENSION are also given ?

Because as far as I have observed this account has all admin permissions for Vspehere..

Sorry... No idea as I am not a VM admin.

I simply hand the TN to VM admins...

What does the Vcenter logs say - check for the VM in qustion and go to "Task & Events"

Do you have current version of VMware Tools installed & running ?

What OS is running inside the VM
