Hi All,

our vCloud environment contains round about 4000 VM's, vCenter and vCloud Director are connecting well to Master/media.  the VMware Query need a lot of time I think before starting the snapshot creation in the VMware area sometime more than one hour and after that  NBU need the  sometimes more than 30 minutes to start the backups.  Master/Media have ipv6 but the vCenter and vCD are based on ipv4.

Have any one idea  why or is this the normal time to extract the wanted VM's in the VM Query?

Yes, it's ok. But you can set higher value in  "Reuse VM selection query results for" field and NBU will cache VMs list and your backups will work faster but you might have a problem after adding new VM.
