Vault ejecting is not happening , its been waiting like below

What is the make/model of the tape library?

Does it have Media Access Port(s)? 
If so, how many slots in MAP/CAP?
(You are trying to eject 24 tapes) 

Has Vault eject worked fine previously?
If yes, have you checked status of MAP/CAP?
(Maybe an operator has not closed the door properly)
Have you checked robot web interface and/or console for status/errors?
