Vault problems after upgrading from 6.0MP1 to MP2

Ever since our upgrade to MP2 my vault doesn't complete anymore. One of my duplicates will hang for as long as I let it. Once I cancel it the vault finishes but not properly and I don't get even half of my normal tape volume ejected. Any ideas or is this a bug in MP2?

I believe through looking at it and reading the logs that is my problem. Thank you very much I will run the commands and see what happens.
