Virtual Server Support

Hello everyone,

I need to build a new virtual netbackup master server in windows. However, I am trying to see if virtual windows server can be used.

Can experts put some insight on it. I should mention that I want to use tapes with it.

Will this virtual, Windows based, master server be a real production virtual master server to be used with real production physical media server(s) which have access to real physical tape? 

Or, are you wanting to "test" tape functionality on a test virtual master/media server?
