Vmware Backup fails with error code 6

Suddenly, all VMware backup jobs are getting failed with errror code 6 in My backup domain.

Error State : the backup failed to back up the requested files(6)

In Detailed status i am able to see below events.

" Error bpbrm(pid=5499) from client : ERR - Error opening the snapshot disks using given transport mode: Status 23 "

what is the netbackup version in master and backup host?

OS of the backup host?

what is the transport mode using SAN or NBD?

what are the ESXi/Vcenter versions?

Master server - 7.5.0.5  ( Windwos server 2008 R2)

Vmware Backup host (Media server ) -  7.5. 0.5 (SUSE linux)

Transport mode - NBD

Esxi verion - 5.0.0 Vm Version : 8

Can you do snapshots from the VI Client as the user netbackup is configured to use ?

The Events under the Tasks & Events tab might have an indication of the problem

And is this still an issue ?

If not, what was the issue and solution
