Hello, We're using NB version 8.0, although the clients and media servers haven't been upgraded to 8 as of yet.

Were noticing an increase of partial completions, 1s, in our windows and linux policies, so we're tackling the various causes. One of the most common is the one in the subject line.

I know that there's a way to ignore this error so that it won't cause a "1", but cannot find the documentation. Any help would be appreciated.
