Hello Team,

I have a down window servers which I am tasked to provide existing exclude list prior the window server crashing down. Since server is down, "bpgetconfig" is unable to retrieve these information. Does anyone have any alternate route I can retrieve this information? Thanks

You should be able to restore the server's registry to alternate location as per this (old) TN:

AFAIK it's a client-side only setting.  You could try restoring the registry from that backup to a dummy VM that you are willing to loose and then checking after the restore completes - but I have no idea whether this would actually work or not.

Thank you so much. That does the trick.

I still think veritas  should provide alternate way to retrieve this info from the db without needing to perform restore.

Exclude list needs to be stored locally on each client - it is checked after bpbkar process is started.

There is no reason why this should be stored in the NBU databases on the master.
