I am getting this error on a few of my backup servers. It only occurs when I have Bare Metal Restore turned on. Any assistance would be great.

NetBackup versions? O/S's?
Have you got WOFB enabled (VSS or VSP?) for these clients?
Where is this error appearing?
Any other errors/codes?

Enable the windows open file backup and try , Choose VSS option.
01-14-2011 09:19 AM
It was set originally. I had changed that due to other issues i read on the net.
01-14-2011 09:25 AM
What were those other issues?

One question have you tried to take "system state backup" alone without enabling BMR , is this working fine .
Because in BMR backup sysetm state components are very important . if there is issue with that then BMR backups will fail ..

Yes i have and it does work fine.
