We have an end user who is having trouble installing Netbackup, originally, E:\shared was not able to be written due to permissions issues. The end user fixed that, E:\shared got created (along with map and messages) but the E drive is not the primary drive that NBU is supposed to install on. I assume that these are something to do with VSP, but I don't know why they are getting created with the initial install, or what could be done to prevent it. Anyone know what the e:\shared folder is, why it gets created at install, and if it can be set somehow to not get created?
