Good question! Even the 7.7.1 URL still refers to Symantec site! http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH231611 Hopefully download info at https://my.veritas.com ?

After you have logged in on MyVeritas, try this link: 

To register and activate newly purchased products, manage existing license data and process software version upgrade notifications, please visit theVeritas Licensing Portal. 

In this screen you will find a field to enter you serial number.

That is where I initially went Rahul.

You will notice that the TN still reference Symantec URLs. For example: 

NetBackup 7.7.1

To obtain NetBackup 7.7.1 installation media:   http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH231611   

The above TN then gives the Symantec licensing URL.

FileConnect still works, but I've found that 9/10 serial numbers DO NOT WORK.

My Veritas requests that we follow the path down the licensing rabbit hole being asked for Upgrade notifications and registered licenses. It never ends well!
