Can you run the report from cmd?
bperror -backstat -hoursago 24 -U
This will tel us if it's a GUI or binary problem.

Where are you running the GUI from? jnbSA on the master, or do you have the Windows Java Console installed on your desktop?
Either way - is Java patched to the same version as the master?

Hi Marianne,
We are genrally using the Netbackup remote console for working in the nbu while running the jnbSA command in the HOST unix box its giving me such an error.
cat /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/user_ops/nbjlogs/jbp.root.jnbSA.18726.log
DISPLAY environment variable is set to:
Console was started on:
HP-UX ncsbus10 B.11.23 U ia64 4209120032 unlimited-user license
Command line options were:
./jnbSA
Starting administration console version 6.5.
