SQL Server 2008 r2

I have enabled the db client log on SQL server Client , by double clicking mklogdir.bat file, which creates too many logs

Simple question is

Will it slows down the performance of SQL backup and Restoration?

Thanks

My experience has been that level 0 logging (default) does not influence performance.

I prefer to always have dbclient log on SQL clients.

Easy enough to test - do a backup without dbclient log, record throughput.
Enable log, do backup, compare throughput.

I usually enable level 0 debug logging for troubleshooting unexpected failure.
I'm not sure it affects performance of SQL Server backups, but for files and Oracle backups, I could not find performance degration.

There is minimal overhead writing to the log files.  I can't imagine it would adversely affect backup/restore performance.
