Hi,

I am not able to configure new disk pools in my environment. It returns error below.

Also, when viewing storage server properties, it gives error below.

Somehow I think its related.

Any suggestions?

You seem to have a timeout and permission problem, I would check that there was open for the duplication ports 10082 & 10102 between the servers.

If this is a new setup, have you followed the steps in StoreOnce documentation carefully?

Without knowing exact steps that you have followed and which manual you used as a guide, it is basically impossible to say what went wrong...

What model of storeonce are you installing ?

You need to specify the service IP (in HPE term VIF address)  of the couplet when creating storage servers. This is not entirely clear in the manual.
