Hey Guys,

Getting the following error when inventorying the sl3000 library:

auto empty media access port request rejected by tldcd, Robot busy, cannot perform operation

Checked the event logs on the sl console for the sl3000 and see the following errors:

audit failed robot cannot find target: 502

Log a support call with your harware vendor.

Give them the error that you saw on the robot console.
