Exchange 2010 on W2012 is only supported as from NBU 7.5.0.6.

See NetBackup 7 Application/Database Agent (CL):    http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH126904

Standalone or DAG?

DAG consists of more than one node.

1-node sounds like Standalone?

Firstly - you need to have NBU 7.5.0.6 installed on W2012 Exchange server.

NB_7.5.0.6.winnt.x64.Client.Win2012.exe provides a full installer for NetBackup 7.5.0.6 Client onWindows 2012 Server and WIndows 8 Client.

Next, have a look at the videos over here:

and NBU 7.5 Admin Guide for Exchange:  http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC5172

Which document?

In the Videos URL, you can find DAG config here:

Configuring Exchange 2010 Database Availability Group (DAG) Backups with NetBackup 7.0
(same for 7.5)

In the NBU 7.5 Manual, DAG is mentioned throughout the manual.
Just search for DAG or Database Availability Group.

BUT - you have mentioned '1 node' - this sounds like Standalone, not DAG. Please confirm.
