GRT support for Exch2013 began in 7.6.0.3. See NetBackup 7 Application/Database Agent (CL):   http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH126904

You need to upgrade the Exchange server(s) to 7.6.0.3 (or 7.6.0.4).
Probably a good idea to upgrade the media server backing it up as well.

When you have upgraded to supported NBU version, ensure that the rest of the config needed for GRT is in place.

Further to Marianne's comment, if you do not upgrade the master and media server to at least 7.6.0.3 then the functionality for GRT will not be supported.

Always upgrade your servers in the following order:  OpsCenter; Master; Media; the clients...

Hi Vikash,

Yes.. Please add up.. MS Applicaiton Exchange and SharePoint 2013 Granular Recovery is supported from 7.6.0.3 onwards and it worked for me. Take care of the permissions and prerequisites.

Best of Luck!! update the Maintance Release.
