backup for vm client failing with error 13

Hi, we have one VM client in an netbackup environment of 6.5.5. Client vm server backup is failing continuously with error 13 i.e file read failed. We have tried restarting client service. First of all we suspected it to be failing because of high memry usage. But even if memory usage was fine the backup continued failing. We tried to check cache but no luck.Please suggest what steps I need to follow to rectify the issue. Thanks, Dan

Do you see anything in Detail Status of that job ??

What is the type of backup ??

Thanks for replying karthikeyan.... We found that its related to the compatibility of windows 2008 R2 with Netbackup 6.5.5. If you can let me know from where I can come to know about the compatibility stuff(what is compatible with what version of netbackup), it will be a great help.
