@seantsai

Please tell us more about the client, the type of backup and backup selection.
At a minimum, show us the Policy config:

on the master, run
bppllist BO_OS_File -U

We see in Job Details that Stream Discovery is failing:
03:40:15 - begin WOFB: Stream Discovery Operation Status: 112

bptestbpcd shows that comms with the client is good, so, you need to troubleshoot on the client to see why Stream Discovery is failing.

Do you have any logs on the client?
As a start, we need to check all of these logs:
bpcd
bpmount
bpfis
bpbkar (this might be empty as it does not seem as if the process got that far; maybe bpfis too)

If the folders do not exist under <install-path>\netbackup\logs, create these folders and use Host Properties on the master to set logging level for this client to 3.
Retry the backup. After next failure, copy each log to a .txt file with the process name (e.g. bpcd.txt) and upload the files as attachments.

nbjm log on the master may also be useful, as per this link: https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/doc/44037985-127664609-0/v15098640-127664609

nbjm is a 'unified' log. This means that you must use vxlogview to view this log:
So, to view entries for the last 15 minutes, run:
vxlogview -o 117 -t 00:15:00
(Please run this within 15 minutes of the job start time or else adjust the time.)

PS:
Please do not post in General Veritas forum - hardly anyone checks that forum for new posts.
I have added this pinned post with links to product forums:

PLEASE post product queries in the relevant forum! Links below....
