I m getting bpbkar32.ext application error what to do any one can help me

Master Server :- Sun Solaris 9
Media Server :- Sun Solaris 9
NetBackup Version :- 5.1MP6

I m facing prodblem in windows client which is also 5.1mp6

What is your NB version? MP? And running on which OS?

Is it happen on backup server or client?

check to see if there are any hung processes on the window server that has this problem.
