bpfis Crashed Windows 2012 VMware Backup Host

backup-botw
Level 6

Looks like I had two bpfis processes eat up all my memory and then proceed to crash my VMware backup host. The server is Windows 2012 and has 32GB of RAM.

Custom size on the pagefile is 28415 for both initial and max.

Any help with this one would be greatly appreciated.

I would advise opening a proper support case with Symantec.  It's pretty serious to have a NetBackup program race away consuming memory and then crash.  Not good.  Needs proper support.
