bplabel requires ltid - also on master if the mediaserver does the job?

NBU 7.1; Using script to relabel tapes in a library (don't ask me why - it'sa customer thing); getting erros of trying to mount media "awaiting resource..." and then retrying..."

Question: does ltid have to run on the Master Server even if the job is done on a media server (and the master does not have any devices connected?) for the bplabel to succeed?

ltid needs to be running on the server where the bplabel command is issued. 

Else, add 
-host <media_server-name>
if command is executed on the master but labelling must be done by media server.
