bpps.exe problem on Win2K Server

I am having problem executing bpps.exe on my Win2k master server. On other media servers it works just fine. It's not the bpps.exe problem, I guess. I tried copying bpps.exe from working server but did not help.

Here is ther command output:

bpps - Error: Could not get process statistics.
The system cannot find the path specified.

too bad the file is .exe and cannot be read in plain text
Is the INSTALL_PATH on the master the same as on your media servers? Sometime the master server NetBackup installation will be installed on a drive other than C:\ due to the size limitations.

Thanks Bob for your quick response

The installation paths are different on different media servers. But the original .EXE and copied .EXE gives the same output. I guess it's MS Windows issues rather then Veritas issue.
