how can I make restore of logs without DB2 utilitys.

I donot think it it is possiblle to restore to restore the logs via bprestore command. You could be check with Symantec support for it. When use the db2 rollforward command it will be automatically retrive the archive logs. THis is methord is supported by Symatec.

You can not restore archive log which was backed up with VENDOR method as plain file.
Logs are retriebed when ROLLBACK operation in DB2 request logs.
