can i copy policies from windows master to DR appliance master

i have primary master server on windows and in DR media &master server both are on single appliance.

can i copy policies which is under class folder in windows master server and past on appliance class folder

Use WinSCP in ssh mode to copy class folder across.

Yes - that should work. Don't edit the policies outside Netbackup (e.g with notepad), since the policies are secured by a MD5 sum.
