I'm getting the following error while issuing the nbstlutil report command. Unable to find any reason for this. Can someone help me with this
C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\bin\admincmd> .\nbstlutil.exe report
Can't obtain SLP definitions, error status = 116

Thank you for the support. Issue is resolved by veritas support, authenticating NetBackup via 'bpnbat.exe -login' after restarting netbackup services.

Do you have enhanced auditing/NBAC or RBAC activated ?

To @Nicolai point I would also asked if you did run this cmd or power shell as Administrator ;)

indeed as stated in above replies, I suggest to retry using a cmd executed as admin :)
