child job is not trigerring for disk backups.

Hi,

 

parent job shows running state but child job is not started last for long time.

 

Other clients are getting sucessful for same policy and these are disk backups.

 

master and client versions are same and communication is goog. Kindly advice.

 Starting create snapshot processing

 

Seems the snapshot process is hanhing on the client.

Do you have bpfis and bpbkar log folders on the client?

Any VxSS errors in Event Viewer logs?

Can you also get the bpbrm from media server. Also paste the details of following commands which will give us details about the policy

bppllist <policy name> -L
