The function returned the following failure status:

Command did not complete successfully.

So.... did you check available space in C-drive?
NBU will shutdown EMM database when disk space is running low to prevent database corruption.

Transaction log may need recreating
https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH72780.html
Could be worth stopping everything, restarting then check the server.log

The internal Sybase ASA database log file (which is not the DB transaction log), can be found here:
D:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackupDB\log\server.log
...(assuming NetBackup is installed on the D: drive - so you may need to change the drive letter to the letter of the drive upon which NetBackup is installed).
.
Here's a useful command to search the database server process log file for anything non-informational, i.e. to search for warnings and errors etc:
> findstr /i /v "^I" "D:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackupDB\log\server.log"

Hi All,
After extending additional space to c driver, problem resolved.
