Greetings brothers 

I'm facing issue with Veritas Netbackup if click on program not open i have version 8.3 and java 1.8.0_221 please if anyone face like this issue help me 

Note : this first time to try open this app doesn't lunch before

Take a look in the Windows event viewer to see what's gone wrong.

Is Netbackup installed on a supported OS ?

netbackup support on my workstation and don't see any wrong in event viewer

Hello,

this can happen when you upgrade NetBackup Java console during which two Java install directories are created. I recommend you to uninstall it and install freshly again.
