You will need the Serial Number on your License Key Certificate (or upgrade notification) for access to downloads.

I do not have serial numbers, but I want to download the software trial NBU7.6

There is no NBU trial software. 

As a Symantec Partner, you should be able to request NFR (Not For Resale) license keys on PartnerNet.

This will give you a serial # to download software.

The alternative is to ask your local Symantec SE for Demo keys. And the software.
