This is a Windows error, not NetBackup.
Please give us more info, such as:
Where are you seeing this error?
If during backup or restore - what is the status code in NBU?
OS version on the client for which the error is seen?
NBU version on the client?
If backup error:
NBU Policy type?
What is in the Backup Selection?
Have you created bpbkar log folder on the client?
Please show us all the text in Job Details.

...which reveals that the short text name is "ERROR_EAS_NOT_SUPPORTED"...
...and I can add that it is sometimes useful to Google for that text, and or also the hex equivalent of decimal 282, i.e. 0x11A...
...as sometimes searching for those terms/items can throw up interesting leads.
