Backup of a linux client was failing with error 13 after complete 64 GB of backup.It goes to incomplete stage.

 

There was a file which was showing in the job detailed status.

 

When i logged on the server and checked that file,everything was fine.File was opening.

 

What could be the issue.?

 

What details are required for this troubleshooting?

Hi Check the following items regarding the NICs in your system: Upgrade to the latest NIC drivers throughout the system. Ensure that all NICs are set to full duplex, not half duplex. Increase the timeout settings on the NIC. If NIC teaming is implemented, deactivate for testing purposes. Replace the NIC itself on the affected client or server. Logs needed for troubleshooting:

On media server: bpbrm and bptm

On client: bpbkar
