error 59 due to media server error host name resolution.

Helllo experts,

Few of the media server communicate with clients using IP instead of host name. Obiviously only ip is not autorized server for those clients.

please see error below. Need solution for this.

Request from host 10.47.2.101 (10.47.2.101) to host dc2-eswls-deva-02-bkp.uk.com (10.47.2.68) is not allowed access. Host 10.47.2.101 (10.47.2.101) is not an authorized server for host dc2-eswls-deva-02-bkp.uk.com.

Why do you need to use IP address instead of hostnames? Why not add entries for master and media server in client's hosts file? Else add SERVER entries for master and media server IP addresses in bp.conf on Unix/Linux clients and registry on Windows clients.
