I tried to change the settings of the NIC drivers & disable all the offload parameters but still no effects still geting the same error

It's worth mentioning that this issue has begun after installing Macafee Antivirus but then I uninstall the macafee but still getting the same error

so can any one helps me or have any suggestions of how to diagnose the problem what other logs could help me getting further investigation about rthe problem ?????

Why an usupported NBU version on the client?

Please upgrade as a start.

Next, enable TCP Chimney. The recommendation to disable is only valid for W2003. 
Symantec recommends leaving it enabled for W2008.

I see another user complained that incorrect buffer sizes caused the master servers memory to fill up. The resolution to his problem was tweaking the Buffers:

The problem was resolved by setting the /usr/openv/netbackup/NET_BUFFER_SZ to 262144 now it all works properly...
