error on user archive

After installing the 6.5.2A fix on a windows master server an AIX media server could not excute an user archive schedule, it´s sending the error 199 "operation not allowed during this time period" and the start window is configured correctly.

Does anyone can help me?

I will recomend you to check with Symantec, 6.5.2 had a lot of issues who where fix on 6.5.2A but you never know if everything was fix.
