We are facing status code 2 while running Catalog backup. FYI im provoding the job details below , could any one help me on this

Can you verify if all the catalog child job has no error encountered during catalog run?

Hello Nasel,
Child jobs also failed with same error code 2, Please suggest me in this issue.

Hi John,
can you verify if Netbackup authentication and authorization services are running? Is it possible to restart NBU services on your master/media server and rerun catalog.

Is your staging get succeed?
To verify that please have a look at D:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackupDB\staging.
