failed snapshot backup

i just make a vmware policy to snapshot of a virtual client and below error occur

Please tell us more about your environment:

Have you checked and confirmed compatibility as far as ESX/vSphere versions are concerned? NBU 7.7 OS SCL: http://www.veritas.com/docs/000025229  
Which OS on VM?
Which disk type(s) on VM?
Which transport type was selected in NBU policy? 
Can you take a snapshot of this VM from vCenter GUI?

Have you followed steps in NetBackup for VMware Administrator's Guide to prepare and configure VMware policy?

yes, i read it before. 

as a matter of fact i recently aware that network team didnt give a rwad/write permission for storage that has vm host data on it. after the permission i will try again and update the status here. 

i think bcs of that i get that error.
