@Radheesh Is the issue solved ?

You see this error code when Netbackup cannot start the script that runs on the SAP client. It is difficilt to say what the cause is without some sort of log files.

Is this a backint based backup or Oracle RMAN based backup ?

Log files to check on the SAP client

  • backint
  • bphdb

Pls ensure the Oracle user can write debug log info into /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/bphdb

Hi @Radheesh

In addition to @Nicolai suggestions this error can be caused by DB_SCRIPT_PATH not having the location of the script registered. Check out this article https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100039639

It can also be caused by the script producing an error of some kind (canb you run the script manually?). For this, the two logs mentioned should help with the cause.

Cheers
