having issues with connect to java console

Hi

we upgrade our NBU server from 7.5 to 7.7.3

Earlier customer can login to java console of 7.5 version and do tape management. but after upgrade nbu version to 7.7.3 they are not able to login java console. I provide them Java folder for 7.7.3 version from where they can run nbjava.bat file to login java console which they are doing earlier with 7.5 java folder version. Error they are getting is: 'can not connecting to nb-java authentication service to port-0'.

please provide a solution. I told them to upgrade his laptop java application version to current. What else we can check/do here?

I hope you mean JavaInstallFiles? 
From where they installed the Java Console? 

Can you confirm that port 1556 is open in both directions between desktop and master? 
Double-check Windows Firewall on desktop.

If master hostname is not on DNS, add entry for master server in hosts file on desktop:
<master-ip> <master-name> <master-name.domain>

Have you looked at the jbp log?  If this is a status 505 you're getting, that's the first place I'd look to check for the specific issue it's encountering.
